By registering an account or embedding the TossIt script on your website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TossIt.link provides embeddable social share buttons with real-time share counts and analytics. The service is provided as-is and subject to change.
You agree not to use TossIt to:
Your property key is a secret credential. Do not share it publicly. You are responsible for all usage under your property key. If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately in your dashboard settings.
Free accounts are subject to the limits stated at registration. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that significantly exceed their plan limits. We will attempt to contact you before taking action.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The tossit.js embed script is designed to fail gracefully — if the API is unreachable, no errors are shown on your website and share buttons still open share popups.
You retain ownership of all data associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
TossIt.link is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
